FIMS Undergraduate Student Services is committed to providing academic and career support services to future and current students. Our Academic Advisors, Career Services Officer, and program support staff are available Monday to Friday, with different options to connect with support.

How to Schedule an Appointment

All appointments are currently being offered in person, by phone or through Zoom.

If you are registered in FIMS, you can book your FIMS Academic Advising or Career Services appointment:

  • Via Connect > Appointments > FIMS Academic Advising & Career Services
  • Review the appointment types and select the option that is the best fit

For students who are not registered in the faculty, future students, or time sensitive inquiries, please call Undergraduate Student Service at 519-661-3542 during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

If you don’t reach us immediately by phone, send us an email at macs@uwo.ca and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Make sure to use your Western email if you are a current student.
