Indigenous Course Planning for MLIS Curriculum

Photo of working groupWe were happy to welcome Nancy Cooper (Southern Ontario Library Services), Feather Maracle (Six Nations Public Library), and Amanda Myers (Indigenous Services, Western) to consult with FIMS on MLIS curriculum development on January 10, 2019. We’ve been working over the past year to research possibilities for developing a course on Indigenous Contexts, Libraries, and Information. We’re excited to continue this work. Stay tuned for further development!
